Mom - Book 4 - Silent Spring by Rachel Carson

I have read this before but after reading a couple of environmental books I want to get back to the begining of environmental awareness in North America.

Awesome Book!! Carson was a woman before her time.

Jenn Book 4 Week 3 - The Frailty Myth by Colette Dowling

This book I have also read before it is one of my favorites. This book debunks the myth that women are the weaker sex and goes into scientific detail about how and why and where it came from. Good read, specially when you have daughter :D

Don't sweat the small stuff... And it's all small stuff by Richard Carlson, PH.D.

It's a book Jenn got me, i've already got a bit of a head start in it so i figure it's a good place to start.

Basically it's a book about proactive thinking. Tittle pretty much sums it up.

Mom - Ready, Set, Green: 8 Weeks to Modern Eco-Living

By Graham Hill

All about how to change your world in easy steps that mean something. Offers everyday advise on how to become more green without growing your own veg and beating your clothes off the rocks by the river (unless that's what you want to do, lol).

Good read.
