Jenn Book 2 Week 2 - You are Your own Gym

This was a cool book. Easy read. I sent it to you guys in PDF.

The author is ex-special forces and heading a new way of training. His way is easy quick fun and cheep.

I think this will be something I will start this week or next. I'll use one of his plans.
